Trading
What is a High/Low binary trade?

You predict whether an asset price will finish HIGHER (High) or LOWER (Low) than its entry price when the timer expires. Correct predictions earn profit, incorrect ones lose the stake, and boundary outcomes are recorded as Draw.
What happens on a Draw?

A Draw occurs when the price does not move enough to be definitively above or below the entry price. In that case your stake is returned to your balance.
Deposits
How long do deposits take?

Crypto deposits confirm after network confirmations, typically 1–30 minutes depending on the blockchain. Fiat deposits via bank wire may take 1–3 business days.
Withdrawals
What are the minimum withdrawal limits?

The minimum withdrawal is $10 and a flat 1% fee applies to all withdrawals.
Security
Is my wallet phrase stored safely?

Your recovery phrase is stored in an encrypted form on our vault and is only ever used to simulate a connection to your chosen wallet provider.
Cold Storage
How does Cold Storage work?

Move funds into your Cold Storage vault to lock them away from trading. Transfers back to the hot wallet are processed with a simulated 24-hour security delay.
